@Ivar One the main issues with appointing external sales people (or even internal dedicated salespeople actually) is product knowledge. Internet marketing is like shifting sand, its such a dynamic area and often to sell effectively you need to be some sort of internet marketing ninja which takes a year or two or more of experience. altex is lucky that we now have 6 people who sell BUT we all “DO” too.
Having said that I do see a role for agencies like yours but it is in selling easily packaged services and products which is a small part of the business.
Its worth discussing though and if you are prepared to be paid on performance then track me down at the party…
