“Of course, at the moment, I cannot state for certain that the cyber attacks were managed by the Kremlin, or other Russian government agencies,” said Estonia’s Defense Minister, Jaak Aaviksoo, on the Estonian Kanal 2 TV channel.

   It’s hard to question the fact that Russian authorities are turning Russian public opinion against Estonia. But this means _exactly_ that it’s no longer neccessary for the Russian government to convey or to orchestrate any cyber attacks (for instance). That’s what the brainwashed youth can take care of on their own already.
