Internet Usage in Estonia During the Recession

What I personally suspect is happening in Estonia right now is that the recession is accelerating the growth in internet usage and how consumers (B2C and B2B) access a range of services looking for best value.

Faced with tough economic times (and a long cold winter), Estonian consumers are consuming more media, not less of it, especially electronic media like the Internet and TV. In fact, the recession could be actually driving Internet usage among people looking for advice and information to deal with recession related issues.

Seems obvious? Interesting? Read the rest of my post (where I identify some of the specific areas of increase) in Eturundus forum
