Job description

Studio Moderna, the leading DRTV & multi-channel retailer in Central & Eastern Europe, is looking for an experienced Internet Marketing Manager to head the company’s online marketing development in Estonia. The Internet Marketing Manager will be fully responsible for Studio Moderna’s e-commerce revenues in Estonia and for fully developing the company’s internet department in the country, starting with an already solid foundation.

The Internet Marketing Manager will be expected to:

· Develop, train and manage the internet team in EE

· Develop profitable e-commerce sales approaches for EE

· Manage online sales and lead generation campaigns, including online media negotiations

· Oversee paid search, organic search and e-mail marketing development in Studio Moderna EE

· Analyze and optimize all activities for maximum profitability

Studio Moderna provides all Internet Marketing Managers with in-depth training, based on years of experience that helped the company become a leader in Central & Eastern Europe. Our focus in on constant growth and results optimization.

The candidate is expected to:

· Have a deep understanding of paid search, organic search and e-mail marketing, even though he will not be executing these campaigns by himself

· At least 3 years of experience in internet marketing in Estonia

· A good understanding of internet marketing analytics; experience with Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Omniture or ClickTracks is a plus

· A strong focus towards testing and optimization

· Experience in e-commerce is a plus, but not a requirement
