The internet is a crucial tool for exporters.
It can be used as an advertising or direct response medium, as a sales platform or for lead generation, as a distribution channel or for customer service and relationship building.
The exporters website must be visible, accessible, credible, usable, engaging and persuasive if it is deliver the optimum number of converted sales leads.
